 <title>Speak Up: What&#039;s Your Take on the  Reebok EasyTone Ads?</title>

&lt;p&gt;If these shoes do what Reebok claims, the shoes themselves seem pretty neat - balance pods create natural instability in your step, which forces muscles to adapt and encourages toning in the butt, legs, and thighs. So far, so good, but as my buddy Très points out, the ads focus mostly on two talking breasts!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In the commercials, the camera constantly focuses in on the butt of the actresses, and two out of three times you don&#039;t even see a face. And in the commercial where a face is shown, the actress playfully teases with the cameraman that he must like what he sees since he&#039;s zooming in so much. Some of the tag lines seem questionable too: &quot;88% of men will be speechless, 76% of women jealous, and 0% will know the reason is on your feet.&quot; I don&#039;t know about you, but my reason for staying fit is not to make the women around me feel inadequate.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I shared the commercials with a friend and she thought I was being a bit too serious. She got a good laugh out of them and thought they were playful and funny. She especially loved the one where a woman&#039;s breasts are given life as they complain about not getting any more stares. Why? Because the butt has taken all the attention away, thanks to EasyTone sneakers! Cue tag line: &quot;Make your boobs jealous!&quot;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In addition to connecting with fellow patients suffering from the same ailments, users are posting their health records online so they can track their test results, blood pressure, and other vital stats. All they&#039;re doing all this despite the fact that doctors are behind the times, with only about 17 percent reporting the use of online medical records. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When you&#039;re suffering from an ailment, it can be very reassuring to hear from other patients who&#039;ve gone through the same thing; often, it calms me down and makes me realize I&#039;m not alone. Low in calories while remaining full of flavor, these pumpkin bars make a great dessert - perfect for potlucks (much easier to share with large groups than pies) and they&#039;re relatively guilt-free. They&#039;re high in vitamin A - and trust me you cannot even taste the shredded carrot - and a bar only contains 70 calories and less than two grams of fat. With nutritional stats like that, it&#039;s OK to go back for seconds.&lt;/p&gt;

2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice&lt;br /&gt;
2 teaspoons baking powder&lt;br /&gt;

1 cup sugar&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cup brown sugar&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Directions&lt;/b&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Pre-heat oven to 350° F. Spray a 15 x 10 jellyroll pan with cooking spray.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;In small bowl, whisk flour, pumpkin spice, baking powder, and baking soda.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;In larger bowl, use electric mixer to beat sugar, Earth Balance, and brown sugar until crumbly. Add eggs, egg whites, pumpkin pie filling, and carrots. Beat until well blended.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add flour mixture and mix until well blended. Spread onto greased pan.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To prepare cream cheese topping: mix together cream cheese, sugar, and milk until thoroughly blended.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Drop teaspoon-fulls of topping over pumpkin batter and swirl and cut mixture into batter with a butter knife.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Cool in pan completely on wire rack before cutting into squares.&lt;/li&gt;
