Her show, Desperate Housewives, may be full of melodrama, but Felicity Huffman is refreshingly down to earth. The 45-year-old star appears on the September cover of More magazine, looking fabulous and speaking frankly about her fitness habits and finding a healthy balance.
I particularly like what she had to say about finding a personal trainer with a realistic attitude:
"I've had a lot of trainers through the years, and they’re always like, 'Oh my god, you ate a muffin?'

While being more active, and committing herself to regular cardio sessions certainly helped her tone up, an episode of Tyra's show this week reveals that her slim-down is in large part due to working with a nutritionist and drastically changing her eating habits. With recent studies debating that weight loss has less to do with exercise, and is more about food, Tyra's revelation seems a timely bit of healthy advice.

After reading our review of Jackie Warner's fitness DVD Workout One-on-One Training, many of you expressed curiosity over the future of her hit Bravo series, Work Out. After making a call to Sky Sport Spa — Warner's gym — today, I was told the unfortunate news that the show won't be returning for a fourth season.
I was a bit bummed to hear this but then I remembered Warner has a new show in the works, Thintervention With Jackie Warner.
