Don't call it a comeback — waves have been here for years, but this time around in a more individualized way. Rihanna opts for a bouffant 'do paired with sultry cool-toned makeup. Madonna and Lindsay Price go for retro all the way.

After lighting UNICEF's Snowflake in New York City yesterday, Rihanna was joined by Madonna, Blake Lively, Penn Badgley, Mary J. Blige and Adrian Grenier for the Gucci Tattoo Heart Collection dinner. Rihanna officially launched her collection to benefit UNICEF at the event at Plaza Hotel: check out her most recent video ad

Rihanna was on hand to light UNICEF's Snowflake in NYC last night before hitting the red carpet in
a more dramatic gown alongside Blake Lively and Madonna. The snowflake marks the beginning of
holiday shopping season, which we've already gotten a great start on around here with
all our fabulous gift guides. Rihanna was also there to officially launch her
Tattoo Heart Collection for Gucci, which also benefits UNICEF.

Last week we heard that
Madonna may be the new face of Louis Vuitton. Not only will she be the face of the luxury line on ads all over the world, but apparently Madonna will
earn $10 million for the job. She's made many millions in the past promoting products like Pepsi and Sunsilk and modeling for Versace.

Madonna, who has been
mingling with Posh and Becks in the wake of her
recent divorce plans, may have a new gig. There have been rumours for the last week or so that the material girl
may be starring in the Spring 2009 ads for Louis Vuitton. This week, however, the
UK press are running with the story and it seems that Madonna is indeed set to be the new face of the luxury French fashion house.

Madonna sang to a
stadium of stars during her concert in LA last week, but last night she had an audience of just three at Nobu. She
ran into David Beckham, Victoria Beckham, and Marc Jacobs — the latter of which is especially convenient as Madonna's rumored to be appearing in his
Spring ads for Louis Vuitton. Plus, Posh showed off her
Material Girl love recently.
With
Madonna serving as Louis Vuitton's Spring muse, my mind went wandering back into Madonna world. "Like a Virgin" is a very playful song, but it stirred up controversy. The lyrics alone made parents blush.

Could it be true?
Rumor has it Louis Vuitton has nabbed Madonna for its Spring campaign. According to sources, the ads were photographed by Steven Meisel.
