Kristen Bell and Nicollette Sheridan are fans of
Skinny Water, the beverage whose motto is "Get Skinny, Stay Fit." These beverages contain "0 calories, 0 sugar, and 0 guilt," and they're made with the green tea antioxidant, EGCG, to help tame your metabolism. While
green tea has been shown to speed up your body's calorie-burning process, you can't add these drinks to your diet and expect to miraculously lose weight, which is what Skinny Water implies.

This week's episode of
Heroes has so many daddy issues you'd think it's
Lost. We've got the Petrelli family head honcho, Arthur, along with a sad story about Matt Parkman's dad Maury. Mohinder tries to avenge his father's death and Claire and Nathan are reunited (though as Claire points out, dads aren't always as they seem).

This time around we scoped out lots of fancy looks on the red carpet. From short to long, fitted to loose, these Hollywood ladies blew everyone else out of the water. I hope you agreed.

While many PYTs showed up for
Hollywood Life's 5th Annual Hollywood Style Awards in West Hollywood last night, no one shined like Kristen Bell. While the rest of the world is tucking away their summery dresses and sandals, she gave hers one last spin in a strapless striped ivory Monique Lhuillier dress, nude sandals and a jade green clutch. Her cool swirly necklace made an additional statement.

It was a fashionable Sunday night for the stars who got dressed up for
Hollywood Life's 5th Annual Hollywood Style Awards at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood. Members of the
Mad Men cast decided to skip out on watching their new episode and came out to the show and afterparty looking beautiful out of costume. AnnaLynne McCord accepted the People's Choice award for
90210 for Most Stylish TV Cast and brought her lookalike sister along as her date.

All of the new DVD releases hit stores (and
Netflix) on Tuesdays. So each week in
What to Netflix: New DVD Tuesday, I sort through the best of the batch and tell you what to add to your queue. In addition to the titles below, the Oscar-winning documentary
Taxi to the Dark Side is also now available on DVD.

I've seen
Forgetting Sarah Marshall a handful of times now, and after each viewing I love it a little bit more — so you can be sure that I'm going to recommend this DVD (out today) highly!
I think your enjoyment of this movie will partly depend on whether you're in the camp that love Russell Brand (or are fairly indifferent), or the camp that hate him with a vengeance. I'm in the former, so his part in this film is a highlight for me — he plays English rock star Aldous Snow, the man that Peter Bretter (Jason Segel) has lost his TV star girlfriend to.

What is it with Dax Shepard and his desire to make out with his girlfriends in public? Whether it's
in the food aisle or in the ocean, Dax loves some PDA with his ladies. This weekend he was spotted with Kristen Bell's legs wrapped around him in Hawaii.

This month I'm looking forward to various acting treats. There are two big films hitting our cinema screens on 5 September, and then the excitement of live performance as a major US actor takes to the West End stage. I'm also excited for the DVD release of three movies.
