Partner Yoga poses are all about supporting one another and helping to bring your partner into a deeper, more fulfilling pose. This is one of my favorites that I call Dog Hero.
Hero pose is all about stretching through your quads, but if this pose is easy for you, when you lie on your back, you won't really feel much of a stretch.

The days around the 4th of July are usually all about fireworks and BBQs. Some of you are lucky enough to get some time off, so in between hanging out with your friends and family, try to get a few calm moments to yourself. This yoga pose always instills a sense of relaxation throughout my body and is a great stretch for your quads.

Looking for a way to stretch your quads and get an intense upper-back stretch? Then give Mirrored Hero a try. It's really easy to do and feels so good, especially if you hold the pose for a while.

Since I'm a runner, I love yoga poses that stretch out my tight hamstrings, quads, and lower back. This pose stretches them all at the same time. If you love Hero pose and Seated Forward Bend, you're going to love this one.

Hayden Panettiere is one super hero who's in super shape. She tones her legs and maximizes her cardio workouts by working the incline. Adding a little uphill action to your walk or jog will boost your workout and target your backside as well.
