US Weekly, it seems this mom is a little more realistic when it comes to shaping up her body after giving birth.

Hmmmm you didn't read the article where she said she had 20 MORE pounds to lose?
1I don't know if taking 20 more pounds off is realistic or a good example...she'll be back to being rail thin
Yeahhh and Ashleigh Simpson lost all her baby weight by holding Bronx and doing Pilates.
2Holy crap; am I the only one who is amazed that she's had 4 kids in 5 years? Geez, why even bother getting back in shape between kids...just wait until you're done and then get back in shape.
Still, I'm with jkat--"I just walk and do some yoga and the baby weight magically falls off". Riiiight, especially when you're 36 and a model. She has a trainer and a nutritionist, I'm pretty sure.
3ummm well maybe she's more relaxed with this baby but back in the day she did that insane workout plan...I think with David Kirsch? He came out with a book and video on it, it wasn't his normal plan but an extreme, "must get in shape fast" plan and the diet sounded just awful....So its weird she's saying this now because she was very open about how hard she worked and Kirsch name-dropped her all over the book.
