Hayden Panettiere is one super hero who's in super shape. She tones her legs and maximizes her cardio workouts by working the
incline. Adding a little uphill action to your walk or jog will boost your workout and target your backside as well.

She has a misspelled tattoo...
1She looks so pretty in this picture!
I use the incline when I want to get a hard workout on the treadmill without increasing the speed too much.
2I use the incline on the treadmill when I'm getting toward the end of my work out and am absolutely stuffed. Love the incline function.
3I like to run an hour and I noticed that I cant do it with the incline for an hour (which I know makes sense) So I dont do the incline bc I prefer to run longer. But I might try to do it for the last 5 or 10 minutes, maybe that will work.
4I like to do incline intervals. For 1-2 minutes, increase the incline. After a few days doing this, I can go longer on an incline, and I switch between going on a higher incline or longer on that incline. Great in addition to/in lieu of speed intervals.
5I use the incline when I want to keep my heartrate up at a certain level but don't feel like running anymore. It works great!
