I'm all for promoting peace and positive energy, but this world's going to need a whole lot more than these H2Om water bottles. Fusing the chemical symbol for water, H2O, with the sound of the universe, "om," makes for a pretty catchy product name. And this is water with intention — not water infused with fruit juice, vitamins, electrolytes, or anything else you'd expect to pay extra for.

When you're heavy on top, finding a sports bra is downright frustrating. Most aren't made for women who are over a D cup — let alone DD-H. Even if you do manage to squeeze yourself into one, you end up with a very unattractive uniboob and barely there support.

Women should aim to get between 25 and 30 grams of fiber a day. It keeps your digestive system happy and also helps prevent breast cancer. If you have high cholesterol, getting your fill of fiber has also been shown to lower the LDL (bad) cholesterol levels in your blood.

We're pretty familiar with how to prevent catching a regular cold or the flu, but the swine flu seems like a whole new ball of wax (or phlegm, in this case). Since swine flu seems to be spreading quickly, you want to do whatever you can to keep from catching the H1N1 virus. Here are some precautions you can take.
