I am really getting into these short little workouts from Kim and Ford Models. They're easy to understand and relatively fun to do, so check it out.
Most gyms have fitness balls, but you can always purchase your own.

OK, so I am still amazed that I am liking these fitness videos from Ford Models but they are pretty good. Kim is super cute and she's not your typical rail thin model, which makes things easier for us 'regular' women. In this video she shares her love of exercise bands and gives us a couple of great moves.

I've highlighted a few Ford Model Fitness Videos because they actually do provide some great ideas for working out. The latest video I've come across is a butt workout with Kim Strother. Watch and think about integrating any of the exercises into your own butt workout.

I am always looking for good workouts online, but when I came across this treadmill program from Ford Models I prepped myself to really hate it. I was definitely wrong here, since this quick little video actually gives us a great treadmill workout -- One that you can add to your boredom busting repertoire at the gym.
Try it out and let me know what you think.

Definition
Neonatal abstinence syndrome (NAS) is a group of problems that occur in a newborn who had been exposed to drugs while in the mother’s womb.
Alternative Names
NAS
Causes, incidence, and risk factors
Neonatal abstinence syndrome occurs because a pregnant woman takes addictive illicit or prescription drugs such as:
- Amphetamines
- Barbiturates
- Cocaine
- Diazepam
- Marijuana
- Opiates (heroin, methadone, codeine)
These and other drugs pass through the placenta – the organ that connects the baby to its mother in the womb – and reach the baby. The baby becomes addicted along with the mother.

HEALTH GUIDE REFERENCE FROM A.D.A.M
A stroke occurs when the blood supply to part of the brain is suddenly interrupted due to the presence of a blood clot (ischemic stroke) or when a blood vessel in the brain bursts, spilling blood into the spaces surrounding brain cells (hemorrhagic stroke). Brain cells die when they no longer receive oxygen and nutrients from the blood or when they are damaged by sudden bleeding into or around the brain. This results in temporary or permanent neurologic impairment.
