Partner Yoga Pose: Double Child

While it's true that many Partner Yoga poses can help you get a deeper stretch, another benefit is the emotional support you share. Energy can be passed and received between you, so doing a pose with someone can instill a sense of joy and serenity. This one, called Double Child, will help to relieve stress and calm the mind.

Partner one (blue shirt) and partner two (tan shirt) kneel down on a mat with their feet touching.
Both partners come into Child's Pose and hold hands.
They remain here for at least five breaths, allowing the lower back, hips, and shoulders to release.
After they've had enough, both partners slowly sit up.

I know this pose doesn't look like much, but it's one of those things that you just have to try. Once both partners allow themselves to relax completely, they'll feel the amazing effects.

Her choice becomes harder as the super spies pull out all the stops to win her heart, including some hilarious hijinks meant to sabotage the other's efforts. It may be a corny premise, but it's easy to fall for both leading men and the script keeps it light and funny. Extras include commentary by Director McG, deleted scenes, and alternate endings.

The Woman in Black

In the Edwardian era, a young lawyer (Daniel Radcliffe) travels to a small town to manage the affairs of a recently deceased local. While he is there, he finds the real case is a string of child suicides in the area. Though he still has many demons of his own, he attempts to investigate as more children die at their own hands. Locals alert him of the legend of the Woman in Black, and before long, he has his own run-ins with the ghost, who is none too pleased to have a man encroaching upon her space. Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy Team Up For His Red-Carpet Premiere

Claire Danes donned a pink Narciso Rodriguez dress yesterday to support her husband Hugh Dancy at the Tribeca Film Festival premiere of his movie Hysteria. The couple are usually press-shy and didn't pose for any pictures together. Hugh was one of the only members of his movie's cast to attend. His leading lady, Maggie Gyllenhaal, is expecting her second child in the coming weeks with husband Peter Sarsgaard. This year's Tribeca is unusually special for Hugh, as he's a member of the jury. He's also doing double duty, appearing in the play Venus in Fur. Last night, though, there was no scheduled performance. Jake Gyllenhaal Rocks a Big Beard and Eyes a New Gig

Jake Gyllenhaal was spotted out at a gas station in LA yesterday. He's hanging out on the West Coast following a stay overseas in February and a recent visit to NYC. Jake's on a break from shooting after wrapping up his last film, End of Watch, which is due out in September. The cop drama pairs him with Michael Peña and Anna Kendrick, though for his next project, Jake could star opposite himself. Jake's reportedly in talks for An Enemy, the "dark and edgy" story of a history teacher who discovers his exact double exists. On a brighter note, Jake is about to become an uncle again since his sister Maggie is due to give birth to her second child this Spring.

Charlize Theron Takes Baby Jackson Out in LA!

Charlize Theron and her young son, Jackson Theron, ran errands in LA today! The duo swung by her local post office in Malibu, and a friendly letter carrier even walked her out to her car afterward. Jackson stayed snuggled in his car seat, covered up with an Aden + Anais blanket. Charlize is hanging out on the West Coast with her little guy while doing double the press for two big Summer movies. She chatted up Prometheus with Michael Fassbender recently at WonderCon and also joined her Snow White and the Huntsman leading lady Kristen Stewart.

She also recently revealed what life is like with 4-month-old baby Jackson. Charlize is apparently all about swaddling and recently told Ryan Seacrest, "I didn't think I would be a fan of the swaddling, but the swaddling's pretty amazing. It sort of looks a bit like a straitjacket - you're like, 'Is this child abuse?' - but for some reason they just love it."

8 Things to Double-Check When Rushing to File Taxes

Tax Day, which is on April 17 this year, is looming closer, and for those of you who haven't filed, make sure you're not making careless mistakes when rushing to meet the deadline. Here are a couple of common errors taxpayers make when filing, according to the IRS:

Social Security numbers. Many people input incorrect or missing Social Security numbers, so make sure you're entering in the same numbers that are on your Social Security card.
Dependent's last name. You'd be surprised to know that many people misspell their dependent's last name. Make sure you use the same name that's used on their Social Security card.
Filing status. Many people choose the wrong filing status. Be familiar with the five filing statuses, which are single, married filing jointly, married filing separately, head of household, and qualifying widower with dependent child. To figure out which status is the most suitable for your situation, read Publication 501.

What You Shouldn't Put on Before Yoga Class

Black leggings? Check. Cute tank top? Check. These are musts when it comes to taking a yoga class, but aside from these clothes you shouldn't wear to yoga class, check this list to find out what else you shouldn't put on.

Lotion: Slathering on hand lotion is something we do every day, but be careful not to put it on right before a yoga class. As soon as you begin to sweat, your hands will become slippery and can quickly become dangerous. Wash your hands thoroughly before class to reduce the spread of germs and ensure a solid grip. The same goes for lotion on other exposed areas. Any pose where you are skin-on-skin, such as Crow or Tree (if you're wearing shorts) will result in slipping, instead of remaining stable.
Bracelets: Although many people practice yoga while wearing jewelry, wrist and ankle bracelets can be distracting. When you're doing Bound Extended Side Angle, do you really want to wrestle with your bangle, trying to push it out of the way so your left hand can clasp your right wrist? If you need to accessorize, go for earrings or rings.

Every year, the IRS dutifully reports the most common blunders that taxpayers make on their returns. And every year, at or near the top of the “oops” list is forgetting to enter their Social Security number at the top of the tax form - or making a mistake when entering those nine digits.

But think about it for a minute: Do you think that’s the most common mistake . . . or simply the easiest to notice?

One thing we know for sure is that the opportunity to make mistakes is almost unlimited, and missed deductions can be the most costly. About 45 million of us itemize on our 1040s - claiming more than $1 trillion worth of deductions. That’s right: $1,000,000,000,000, a number rarely spoken out loud until Congress started tying itself up in knots trying to deal with the budget deficit and national debt.

Another 92 million taxpayers claim about $700 billion worth using standard deductions - and some of you who take the easy way out probably shortchange yourselves. (If you turned 65 in 2011, remember that you now deserve a bigger standard deduction than the younger folks.)
