After my outside jog last night, I tried out the Bikini Body DVD ($12.99) from Crunch that promises sleek abs, toned thighs and a firm bikini butt.
Let me just preface this review by saying I am a hard sell when it comes to home workouts. The DVD is broken up into 4 parts, the whole workout (30 mins), just the abs (10 mins), just the thighs (10 mins) and just the butt (10 mins).

I am always on the lookout for new and unique group classes. Recently I came across Trotting, which is an introductory running/walking fast (i.e. trotting) class that takes place outdoors. 
Once again it was the title of this DVD that caught my eye and sparked my interest: Fat Burning Pilates. What's that all about?
Basically it is Pilates concepts integrated into 30 minutes of low impact aerobics, followed by 10 minutes of advanced Pilates mat work.
