Keira Knightley has been battling with British tabloid UK Daily Mail regarding a story they ran with a picture of her in a bikini, headlined: "If Pictures Like This One of Keira Carried a Health Warning, My Darling Daughter Might Have Lived." Knightley felt that the article could have been interpreted that she was the cause of the tragic death of a 19-year-old, who battled with anorexia.
CNN.com has reported that the courts chose to rule in Keira's favor, awarding her £3,000 ($5,965) in libel damages.

We are constantly bombarded with supplements that we should be taking and buying and while some of them are good there are some that you should just try and avoid all together. CNN (with Health.com) gives us a helpful list of supplements that may do more harm than good:
- Cascara: This is a natural laxative -- not a safe way to shed pounds.
- Dandelion: It's a natural diuretic, so you lose only water weight.
- Ephedra: The Food and Drug Administration banned it in 2004; now, court challenges hope to put it back on the shelf [GASP]. Ephedra increases the risk of heart problems and stroke.
- Garcinia: There are possible links to liver damage.
- Hoodia: There's been lots of hype about hoodia gordonni, a cactuslike South African plant with appetite-suppressing chemicals.

I am often inspired by success stories (this is why I love the Biggest Loser so much), but every so often there are success stories from an average Joe that are equally inspiring.
At 34 years old, Matt McKenna saw his life spiraling out of control. He ate as if it were a hobby and he was unable to do the simplest physical activity.
