It was a dramatic finish for the women running the Boston Marathon today, and the official results are in. Crossing the finish line first was Kenyan runner Salina Kosgei, with a time of 2:32:16. This year's Boston Marathon is special to us because it marks the 40th anniversary of women officially being allowed to compete.
