Nuking Up Amy's Light and Lean Pasta and Veggies

I try to eat fresh foods whenever possible, but when I need a quick microwavable meal fix, I typically turn to Amy's. The brand offers a range of vegetarian and lactose free options and is my go-to if I want to satisfy my marinara and pizza craving at home without eating pizza. The company recently put out a range of "Light and Lean" products so I decided to nuke up the Light and Lean Pasta and Veggies and try it out.

Was it as flavorful as the regular versions?

You know I'm a huge fan of the healthy and organic foods made by Amy's Kitchen. The ingredients are like the ones I would use if I had time to cook. Since I love Mexican food, and loved her Cheddar Cheese Burrito, I decided to give her Santa Fe Enchilada bowl a try. It's made with layered corn tortillas, rice, tofu, veggies, Jack cheese, and beans. Does it taste as good as it sounds? To find out

Robert Pattinson will play literary lover boy and social climber Georges Duroy in Bel Ami, and the poster for the film shows off the actor in the middle of a number of women who fall under his gaze in the drama. Uma Thurman, Kristin Scott Thomas, and Christina Ricci flank the dapper actor, dressed in his finest Parisian suit (perfect for seducing anyone who crosses his path).

The film is set for release on Mar. 2, and you can see a larger version of the poster after the jump.

The mood of the Grammy Awards was a bit somber this year in the wake of Whitney Houston's shocking death, but the show went on, and the statues were all handed out to the winners. Adele owned the night, picking up multiple awards, including those for record of the year, album of the year, and song of the year.

Delivering pretty bird prints and slick metallics with polish and restraint, Tibi's Amy Smilovic offered an understated, menswear-inspired take on Fall '12. Complete with cropped trousers and boxy boyfriend coats, Smilovic zeroed in on a borrowed-from-the-boys style with womanly wearability. Proportions were done just right, as were the designer's bird prints that felt more sophisticated than playful paired with a cool crop of flat ankle boots and perfectly fit knits. Suiting too was worked with easy sophistication - even her emerald green, bright cobalt, and metallic suit separates spoke to a more modern, minimalist sense, tempered in slim silhouettes. Smilovic tempers her femme offerings with the same style - dresses are cut from the same creamy fabrics and finished with the same accessibility.

Trends: Menswear, metallics, leather, peplum.
Colors: Black, white, emerald green, cobalt blue, burgundy.
Key Piece: The creamy white v-neck sheath; the metallic pencil skirts and slouchy knit sweaters.
Accessories: Flat white and black zip-up ankle boots; heeled calf-hair ankle boots.

Doctor Who Joins the Enterprise Crew This Spring

Two beautiful worlds are set to collide this May when publisher IDW will reportedly release a Doctor Who/Star Trek: The Next Generation crossover comic book series. Eleven and his current companions Amy and Rory will join the familiar cast of Star Trek: The Next Generation led by Captain Picard.

Star Trek has seen its share of comic book collaborations in the past, including one with X-Men; this comic would be the first time the Doctor explores strange new worlds with an already-popular sci-fi show. The comic could be potentially filled with many exciting story lines and evil villains from both programs. Will Daleks return to battle Borgs? We'll find out soon, when hopefully this series is officially announced.
