May 6 2009 - 10:00am Spring means gorgeous weather for
outdoor workouts, but it also means scrumptious
fresh fruit. You can say goodbye to using frozen bags of berries and dried cranberries, and say hello to biting into juicy slices of mango, oranges, and strawberries. When you choose fruits that are in season, they'll taste much richer, and should be less expensive than when you buy them off-season.

I have never tried a Papaya..I wonder what it tastes like...I like its calorie stats.
1I have heard that the trick to picking the best papaya is to find one who's skin is very colorful. Not when the skin is green. Look for yellows and oranges in the skin, the fruit will be riper and better!

13I LOVE mangos and papaya (especially when they're cold)! But you def need to know how to pick the papayas, otherwise they can be very bitter.
