Eat by Numbers

Well the good folks at Griffin Prevention Research Center, part of Yale University, created an algorithm to rank the “overall nutritional quality" of food. The equation factors in vitamin content, macronutrient composition, nutritional density, and other nutritional properties. i wonder if this will catch on. people are always worried about counting calls or counting the points for WW or something like that. it may be something to consider - and it'll give you a better send of what's helping balance out your diet.
