This Instagram user whipped up these pancakes using one cup rolled oats, one grated zucchini, four chia and flaxseed eggs (two tablespoons chia, two tablespoons flaxseed, and eight tablespoons water), 1/3 cup coconut yogurt, 1/4 cup hemp seeds, and one ripe banana.
