Creamsicle Cracked Oats Smoothie

Cracked-Oats Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 1 frozen banana
    1 heaping tablespoon peanut butter
    1/4 to 1/2 cup almond milk
    1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
    1 to 2 tablespoons steel-cut oats (Kelley uses Coach's Oats [2])
    Cinnamon, to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for a thicker consistency.
