Chipotle Hummus Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup hummus
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1 chipotle pepper, sliced
1/4 cup almond milk, plus more if necessary
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
Directions
- Place all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth. Add more milk if you'd like a smoother consistency.
