Weight-Loss Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. 1 pear
    1 kiwi, peeled
    1/4 ripe avocado
    1 cup frozen raspberries
    1 cup raw spinach
    3 ounces nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
    1/2 teaspoon flaxmeal
    2 cups cold water

Directions

  1. Mix everything in a blender until smooth.
  2. Enjoy immediately.
