Blueberry Mango Kiwi Kale Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 cups baby spinach or kale
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen mango
1 kiwi, peeled
3 tablespoons kidney or cannelini beans
1/8 cup walnuts
1 teaspoon flaxmeal
1 cup cold water
Directions
- Pour everything into a blender and mix well.
