Blueberry Protein Smoothie

Blueberry Green Monster Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I used Perfect Fit Protein Powder [1] by Tone It Up)
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    1 cup spinach
    1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
    Ice cubes, optional

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on medium-high for 30 seconds (or until desired consistency); enjoy!
