We're breaking from the street style and Fashion Week's front row to bring you a look at the most glamorous fashion stars of the week. The Berlin Film Festival, pre-Oscar festivities, and even a couple of well-timed LA store openings supplied us with a dressier mix from favorites like Zoe Saldana, Jennifer Lawrence, and Rooney Mara. For starters, Zoe stepped out in a fresh, strapless Alexander McQueen dress for an appearance at the Academy's Scientific and Technical Awards in LA — but like we said, that's just the beginning. This Week's Top 10 — The Looks You Didn't See at Fashion Week

If you're fully immersed in Fashion Week, we can hardly blame you — but we'd be remiss not to mention the A-listers who showed off their style prowess beyond the tents.
Best Celebrity Style | Feb. 8, 2013

If you're fully immersed in Fashion Week, we can hardly blame you — but we'd be remiss not to mention the A-listers who showed off their style prowess beyond the tents. This week's set offered up fashion fodder of the dressier kind — Emmy Rossum lit up the red carpet at the NYC premiere of Beautiful Creatures in a black-and-white Andrew Gn gown, Anne Hathaway premiered Les Misérables in pink Prada in Paris, and Miranda Kerr slipped into the chicest kind of LBD, courtesy of Scanlan & Theodore, for an appearance in Melbourne. But for the rest of this week's best dressed, you'll have to step inside.

Beyoncé, Rooney, and Kate Mara Lead This Week's Style Pack

The week began with the SAG Awards and ends Sunday with the Super Bowl, a busy schedule that set the stage for a number of celebrity appearances and the chic eventwear to go with them. Not all were straight from the red carpet; another day in the life of Miranda Kerr served as yet another example of the most sophisticated street style, while Jessica Chastain showed off a gorgeous coat and a covetable bit of Dolce & Gabbana arm candy while out and about in NYC. As for the more glamorous style notes, both Kate and Rooney Mara had a stylish week at their respective premieres, making the rounds in pretty Peter Som and Alexander McQueen, and just in case you missed Beyoncé's jaw-dropping appearance (and performance) at the Super Bowl halftime press conference, we've got a glimpse of that LWD, too. Step inside for a look at all that, plus the rest of this week's best dressed.

Emily Blunt, Diane Kruger, and More Light Up the Top 10

In the way of celebrity style fodder, we're looking to Couture Week, the inauguration, a few film premieres (hello, Jennifer Lopez), and even Sundance to draw from the most glamorous of the week.

In the way of celebrity style fodder, we're looking to Couture Week, the inauguration, a few film premieres (hello, Jennifer Lopez), and even Sundance to draw from the most glamorous of the week. There's no shortage of high-impact red-carpet wear here — and even a glimpse of what the Couture collections look like off the runway, thanks to Leelee Sobieski in a stunning Dior confection straight from Raf Simons's Spring '13 lineup. As for the sexier side of things, Chrissy Teigen delivered with a bombshell moment at the inauguration, while Emily Blunt's Alexander McQueen look was the best blend of sultry and sleek. That's not even the half of it — the rest of this week's best dressed are all inside.

These Style-Setters Induced Serious (Post-Globes) Outfit Envy

The Golden Globes didn't provide the only red-carpet fodder for the week — in fact, far from it.

The Golden Globes didn't provide the only red-carpet fodder for the week — in fact, far from it. And it would be remiss of us to not pay proper homage to the noteworthy looks of the week just because they didn't happen to enter the Beverly Hilton last Sunday evening. Among the stylish contenders for our top 10 honors? Birthday girl Kate Moss showed us yet another way to rock a serious leopard coat, and Scarlett Johansson, in an all-black Dolce & Gabbana ensemble, attended the opening of her Broadway show Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. Julianne Hough went bold with a neon-orange fit-and-flare dress, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley showed off another (read: printed) Céline luggage tote to covet, and Sarah Jessica Parker donned another urban-chic getup, albeit with a puffer-vest twist. This week's post-Globes style-setter lineup is equal parts red-carpet glamorous and off-duty cool, so get your top 10 inspiration here.

We're Breaking From Award Season to Bring You the (Other) Best-Dressed List

If you've been wrapped up in award season, we can hardly blame you, but we're also here to shed a little light on the ensembles you didn't see at the People's Choice or Critics' Choice Awards (or on Kerry Washington) and probably should.

If you've been wrapped up in award season, we can hardly blame you, but we're also here to shed a little light on the ensembles you didn't see at the People's Choice or Critics' Choice Awards (or on Kerry Washington) and probably should. This week's other best-dressed set is a mix of downtown street style to steal right now, courtesy of Anne Hathaway and a peacoat-clad Katie Holmes, and a more dressed-up crew, too. We spied Nicky Hilton giving us a bright new bit of outerwear to gush over, Rachel Weisz looking perfectly chic (and a little retro) in Bottega Veneta, and Allison Williams stopping by the Late Show in a sweet fit-and-flare Oscar de la Renta dress (that only furthered our girl crush). For the rest, like Jessica Chastain in a posh Dolce & Gabbana coat, just keep clicking.

Miranda, Jessica, and Katie Lead the Pack in This Week's Top 10

No, it hasn't exactly been a week filled with red-carpet glamour, endless premieres, or high-profile parties, but this dressed-down celebrity crew proved that you don't have to pile on the glitz to make an impact.

No, it hasn't exactly been a week filled with red-carpet glamour, endless premieres, or high-profile parties, but this dressed-down celebrity crew proved that you don't have to pile on the glitz to make an impact. In the post-New Year's lull, these style setters — including Miranda Kerr, Jessica Chastain, and Katie Holmes — took a relaxed approach to dressing that's perfect for inspiring our own everyday style. And when they weren't running around the city, we spotted celebs like Olivia Palermo hitting the beach, giving us ample fashion fodder for our own warmer-weather days (or perhaps a vacation of our own). For all of that, and the rest of this week's top 10, you'll have to keep clicking.

Olivia, Kristen, and Karolina Lead the Style Pack in This Week's Top 10

Thanks to Art Basel, the Les Misérables press tour, and a number of other premieres and parties, it's been another (we know, no surprise here) very good-looking week in the celebrity world.

Thanks to Art Basel, the Les Misérables press tour, and a number of other premieres and parties, it's been another (we know, no surprise here) very good-looking week in the celebrity world. From Miami to Oslo (yes, that's where we spotted SJP in a powder-blue Erdem on stage at the Nobel Peace Prize concert), our style setters are stepping up their game — Kristen Stewart even traded in her Converse for Doc Martens to put old-school edge on a miniskirt. Of course, that's just the beginning. Karolina Kurkova showed off her stems in an Elie Saab shorts set at Basel, while Olivia Palermo brought her eclectic glamour to a film screening in NYC. As for the rest, you'll have to click on to see who else took top spots in this week's best dressed.

Behold, This Week's Most Glam — Kerry, Anne, Jessica, and More

It's shaping up to be the most glamorous time of year (and we're not just talking about our own holiday-party schedule).
Best Celebrity Style | Dec. 7, 2012

It's shaping up to be the most glamorous time of year (and we're not just talking about our own holiday-party schedule). Thanks to a slew of parties and premieres, we were treated to looks from our favorite style setters and Hollywood glamazons, like Anne Hathaway, making the rounds for Les Misérables in jaw-dropping gowns and equally stunning cocktail dresses (like this Altuzarra number). Elsewhere, Kerry Washington donned a little snake-print Gucci shift, and Jessica Alba perfected elegant eveningwear in a black Ferragamo gown. Of course, we made exceptions — Jamie Chung may not exactly have been dressed up, but her look was still well worth a spot in this best-dressed crew (more on that inside). This Week's Top 10 Take On Everything From Street Chic to Utmost Glam

It's obvious that this crew knows how to dress it up — but just as sure as they can turn out a red-carpet look, they know how to keep it chic off-duty, too.
Best Celebrity Style | Nov. 30, 2012

It's obvious that this crew knows how to dress it up — but just as sure as they can turn out a red-carpet look, they know how to keep it chic off-duty, too. The proof is all right here: Taylor Swift took an ethereal Elie Saab to the ARIA Awards, Kate Mara opted for a brilliantly hued Jason Wu dress for her LA premiere, while Miranda Kerr took the dressed-down angle in a semisheer blouse, jeans, and a pair of leopard-print loafers. These stylers (and the rest of the top 10 inside) are a worthy source of inspiration, no matter what the occasion. Click on for this week's best dressed.
