OnSugar Blog: Envying Nurseryworks' Empire Rocker
Lots of moms like to think out loud and PatiBF is one of them. In the latest post to her Baby Style blog, the mama shows off the rocker of her dreams.
I spotted this rocker ($800) shortly after Sandra was born and ordered it because it was the only one I could find with a cool design that looked comfortable. Another bonus is the wide seat that would fit both Sandra and I sitting side-by-side to read books when she gets a little older. At the time, I think my greatest concern was being able to rest my head thanks to the high back and sides (thank goodness those midnight feedings are long gone). Unfortunately, when I ordered it the product was backordered for months, and I wouldn't get it until after the most crucial period that I needed it for Sandra. I still kind of wish we had gotten it! The rocker comes in various colors, and the company also makes many other modern and functional items.
