The brand-spanking new Team group, Pets In the House, is looking for photos of pets on, around, or inside furniture. Send your pet posts, photographs, and blog entries in! I can't get enough of seeing pets on furniture. Be they dogs on rugs or cats on bookshelves, there's something about pets included in interior design shots that makes me smile. I especially adore cute pups cuddling on couches (like Frank and Angus, proud pups of Grumpalita.

Since I have a feeling that I'm not the only one feeling this phenomenon, I started a group where you can post pictures of your pets lounging on couches (and if they're not allowed up there, well, beside the couch is great, too). Feel free to also post questions about pet-friendly furniture and other pets and interiors questions here as well! Join now!
Dieters Support Group: Down 6 Lbs!!!!!!!
You know what I love? A happy success story! Here is the thing, when it comes to getting healthy and losing weight, it is important to celebrate accomplishments every step of the way. This is why I want to share user SeptemberLights recent note of success in the Fit's Dieters Support Group.

Basically my three favorite things and i switched from Pilates to Tae Bo and it seems to be working. my butt is so sore! I even got a compliment from someone at work. I just love the feeling of my jeans being looser. I only have 10 more lbs till i reach my goal and im hoping i will be there by April!"

2007 Resolutions: Be Realistic
Is your New Year's Resolution to work out more?
Here's a good idea: Try adding a bit more to what you are already doing, instead of trying to incorporate a complete work out overhaul. Do something as simple as adding just a few minutes to your work out. This way, you are much more likely to stick to your resolution than if you added something more difficult to achieve like swimming laps everyday before work.
Still figuring out your resolutions for 2007? See what others are pledging for 2007 (and add your own) in the New Year's Resolution Group.
