One of three new designs in the William Wegman for Crypton Fabrics collection that launched last week, the Multi-Plex is definitely the poppiest. The style comes on both pet beds ($120) and pillows if you're into the whole matching thing.

Also debuting is a Gameboard pattern (in five hues) and Show (in six). These patterns come on beds but also on mess mats and (my personal favorite) the Throver, which have your floor and furnishings covered, respectively. Are you feeling these new designs?

I know it seems like common sense, but don't drink pool water. Chlorine doesn't kill germs and bacteria instantaneously, and there are chlorine resistant parasites that could be hanging out in the water. The number of cases of Crypto, one of those chlorine resistant parasites, has tripled in the last three years.

Children and pregnant women are especially susceptible. Remember to shower with soap before and after swimming. If you cool off in a pool with your kids, definitely add, "Don't drink the pool water," to the pool rules you review before jumping in.
