While some may consider it a super scary workout, jumping on a trampoline is one of my favorite exercises of all time.
While some may consider it a super scary workout
, jumping on a trampoline is one of my favorite exercises of all time. Luckily, a brand-new trampoline park recently opened in San Francisco, and I got to check it out for myself. The House of Air
indoor trampoline park is like nothing you've seen before. Comprised of three main areas, the House of Air calls an old airplane hangar home, and touches of airplane vernacular are found throughout (i.e. jumpers are called "flyers," staff are referred to as "air traffic controllers"). I got to test out three different areas: the Matrix, 42 conjoined trampolines spanning the entire width of the structure; the Colosseum
, 22 conjoined trampolines set up for dodgeball and slam-dunk contests; and the Training Ground, three competition-grade trampolines with harnesses for the most intense aerial workouts.
