A few months ago I told you about a study that found that men are more attracted to women's bodies in the Winter, and after polling you, asking if you feel sexy during those Winter months, a little more than half of you said you did! In Which Season Is It Easier For You to Stay Fit?

I am loving that Fall is in full force. The cooler air makes running and hiking much more pleasant, and the crispness is getting me excited for skiing and snowshoeing. I adore the change of seasons because it helps keep my fitness routine exciting. Boredom is rare because every few months, there's something new to do. Maybe you prefer one season's activities or weather over another, so tell me, in which season is it easier for you to stay fit?

Heat, humidity, thunderstorms, wild fires affecting the air quality – all these conditions seem to work against me getting physical.
What about you . . .
