Reba McEntire's return to TV last week on Malibu Country was a ratings hit for ABC. On her new sitcom, Reba plays a country singer who heads from Nashville to Malibu after finding out her more famous husband has cheated. The show is rounded out by a supporting cast including the legendary Lily Tomlin and Queer Eye For the Straight Guy alum Jai Rodriguez. We caught up with Reba and the rest of the cast recently to talk about the fish-out-of water premise and their mutual admiration for each other. Check out our interviews, and catch Malibu Country when it airs tonight at 8:30/7:30 Central.
Lindsay Price was the center of attention at her LA baby shower yesterday where her mother, Dianne, and friends including Sarah Michelle Gellar, Tiffani Thiessen, Rebecca Romijn, Sara Rue, and Jaime Ray Newman celebrated the new mom-to-be. SMG and Lindsay go way back to their early days on the daytime soap All My Children, though Lindsay is taking a break from TV while Sarah can be seen on her new primetime drama, Ringer. Lindsay also worked on the small screen with Tiffani when the pair teamed up with Jason Priestley, Ian Ziering, and Luke Perry on the original 90210. In real life, Lindsay's found her leading man in professional chef Curtis Stone, who didn't join in the baby shower festivities, which were decorated in gender-neutral colors. Curtis says he's "very excited to be a dad" and revealed that Lindsay is doing "really good" with her pregnancy. Lindsay has a few more weeks to go until the birth of her first child, but soon thereafter she and Curtis will likely be scheduling playdates with their famous friends.
Sara Rue and Kevin Price were married at the Bel Air Bay Club in Pacific Palisades yesterday. The duo kicked off their wedding festivities Thursday with a family meal, which Sara made butterfly-themed cupcakes for, before the actual rehearsal dinner on Friday. Sara — a Jenny Craig spokesperson, regular on The Rules of Engagement, and host of Shedding For the Wedding — and her fiancé took a long walk on the beach together Saturday morning before splitting up to prepare for their big day. The bride wore a coffee-colored Amsale gown and her "something blue" was toenail polish that read "I heart Kevin." Newlywed Sara shared that "I've never been happier. I feel so lucky to have found someone as kind, funny, and smart as Kevin." Click through to see all the gorgeous pictures from their special day. Congrats to the happy couple!
Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore hit the red carpet in LA last night for the Coalition to Abolish Slavery and Trafficking gala at the Skirball Cultural Center. It's a cause close to their hearts, but the big news of the night is the story that Ashton Kutcher is joining Two and a Half Men to replace Charlie Sheen. Ashton has yet to confirm the news, though he cryptically tweeted about the square root of 6.25, which is 2.5. It will be a return to TV for Ashton, who got his big break on That '70s Show, and according to TMZ Kutcher's Two and a Half Men salary will be less than half of what his predecessor, the highest paid guy on the small screen, Charlie Sheen was making. Most of you seem pretty split on the idea of Ashton joining the cast of the hit sitcom, so we'll have to wait and see just how he'll fit in with the rest of the crew on the show.
Weight loss stories are inspiring — especially when there's photographic proof. Even though a good majority of Hollywood stars are already in great shape, there were quite a few weight loss reveals in 2010. If you're looking for some motivation to lose a few pounds or add a little definition to your arms, keep reading! And don't forget to take a look at the picture to your left — since appearing on DWTS, Kelly Osbourne has dropped five dress sizes. Inspiring, right?
Seven months ago, actress Sara Rue couldn't run a mile, but this past Sunday she crossed the finish line of her first half marathon. The San Luis Obispo City to Sea half marathon is just one of many milestones that Sara hit this year: the actress lost an amazing 50 pounds on the Jenny Craig system and is also planning her upcoming nuptials.
After finishing the race at two hours and 27 minutes, Sara told People that running in the race was empowering: "I feel so happy! It's awesome! Now I understand what people have been saying about having a runner's high. I'm in the best shape of my life." Sara trained for the race over the Summer with her personal trainer Christopher Ross Lane, who ran alongside her for the entirety of the half marathon — talk about motivation. Tweeting after the race, Sara says she took an ice bath and that running commando is "the only way to go" — it seems that Sara forgot her underwear on race day!
If there is something you want to do, whether it's drop 10 pounds or run a marathon, I think that Sara's story is a great source of inspiration. Congrats to you, Sara!

Since many of you are working hard to look your best on your wedding day, I thought I'd share actress Sara Rue's amazing transformation with you. Sara — who is newly engaged — became a Jenny Craig spokesperson back in December, and since starting the program she has lost 40 pounds. Given her new approach to food and the payoff of a fabulous new bod, now seemed like the perfect time for Sara to start shopping for the dress she'll be wearing on her big day. Sara blogged this about reaching such an incredible milestone:
"I remember when I first started this process. 40 pounds seemed so far away and losing it seemed practically unattainable. . . . I was really in a bad place where my relationship with food was so out of control that I really wasn’t sure I would ever be able to get it together. And now here I am: five months later, 40 pounds lighter, and most importantly, optimistic and empowered. I still have more to go, but now it’s not 'if' I can do it, it’s just a matter of 'how long it will take.'
While Sara was lucky enough to get the services of well-known bridal consultant Mark Ingram to help her shop for dresses, we've got Fab's expert eye here to help you with all of your wedding dress needs.

Valerie Bertinelli isn't the only celeb benefiting from the Jenny Craig weight loss system; actress Sara Rue is down 30 pounds in just 12 weeks! Sara — a spokesperson for Jenny Craig — told People Magazine that her goal is to lose 10 more. “The changing of your mind is often the hardest part. Now that I’ve conquered that, I’m ready for more!”
Sara, who's recently engaged, says weight has always been an issue for her, and was even told that she lost an acting role because of her size. Hearing that news was a blow, and it gave Sara the determination to take back her life. Being on the program has taught her the importance of eating healthy and working out. These days each meal is a balance of the right amount of protein, carbs, fats, fruit, and "lots and lots of veggies."
“The key has been portion control, which has totally helped me not slip up, and has given me the necessary balance to feel good. I’m comfortable with this program, because it’s not a diet –- it’s a lifestyle change.”
Besides Sara, celebs like Valerie Bertinelli, Jason Alexander, and Nicole Sullivan have all found success on this program. I'm curious if any of you have tried it, and what your thoughts are. Please share them with me in the comments section below . . .
