Through interviews and Twitter, we asked the top celebrity trainers one question: is there any food item you won't eat and recommend clients to do the same? What we ended up with was a wide variety of answers, and while many of these off-limit foods seemed to make everyone's lists, there were a few answers that surprised us. Keep reading to see which foods celebrity trainers like Harley Pasternak, Jackie Warner, and Tara Stiles keep out of their kitchen, and then vote on whether or not you agree.
Celebrity Trainers Who Tweet: February Edition
Lots of celebrity trainers use Twitter to broadcast healthy eating tips, motivational words, and exercise advice. I love it because I'm getting the same advice that their star clients do, except that I'm not paying $300/hour for it. Since they often talk about the stars they train, I get to hear about Kristin Cavallari and Fergie's workouts, or what healthy food Lady Gaga is snacking on. Here are what some of the top celeb trainers are tweeting this month.

And since they often talk about the stars they train, I get to hear about Kristin Cavallari's and Fergie's workouts, or what healthy foods Lady Gaga is snacking on. Hollywood Fitness Advice From the Twitterverse
A while back, we shared with you that celebrity trainers are using Twitter, which is great for us ordinary folk. Following celeb trainers on Twitter is a great way to get the same advice that clients like Lauren Conrad, Lady Gaga, and Anne Hathaway get, except we don't have to pay! I know that a tweet isn't like getting a one-on-one boot camp workout with David Kirsch, but if he's handing out free fitness advice, I'm listening.
Check out the latest tweets from our celeb trainers — there's some pretty useful advice on how we can all stay healthy and fit during this holiday season.
- Jarret Del Bene (Lauren Conrad, Whitney Port): "Make sure you use a challenging weight that allows you to complete your desired reps when performing exercises."
- David Kirsch (Heidi Klum, Anne Hathaway): "I'm hearing more people say they are going to start exercising in January. Don't put off what is good for your body today."
- Harley Pasternak (Lady Gaga, Vanessa Williams): "I am obsessed with Soba noodles. They are high in protein, selenium, and zinc and are gluten free. Japanese diets rule!"
