One of the reasons I'm a huge fan of Ashtanga Yoga is the many variations of headstand involved in the practice — seven to be exact. Palms Up Headstand is the sixth in the Ashtanga headstand series. I'm not going to lie to you; this one is pretty tough. As with all things though, practice makes perfect, so keep trying until you can stay balanced. If you have a sensitive head, you may want to fold your mat in half to add some extra cushioning.

Dear DrSugar,
I am 38 years old and just had a Pap test. My Pap test was normal but my HPV test was positive. Is that common? How can I have a normal Pap and but still have HPV? My doc wants me to come in and have a repeat Pap test in six months, but what is this repeat Pap for? I am totally freaking out about having HPV. I was never tested for HPV prior to this; is that because they don’t usually test for HPV until after you're 30?

British mommy marathoner Paula Radcliffe did it again! She won the NYC Marathon for the third time. Radcliffe, whose daughter will be two years old in January, finished the race in 2:23:56 with the second place winner crossing the finish line almost two minutes later. That is what I call an impressive lead! Congrats Paula!
