Playing sports is so important when you're young, especially for girls. Being on a team or training for an individual sport like tennis or track helps to build friendships, teaches you how to communicate and work with others, and builds confidence, and it's a great way to encourage kids to get in the habit of staying active. To me that sounds more like a show on the SciFi channel canceled after one episode than a "botanical" ingredient to me.
