Courtney Love didn't skimp on the accessories when she visited the beach in Hawaii yesterday. While she seems to be enjoying her vacation, we (along with everyone else) are still shocked by those super thin bikini pics. Courtney announced on her website that she's already lost 44 pounds and intends to lose "6 more maybe 11."
