A 30-Minute Fat-Frying That Will Have Your Body Sizzling

This workout was designed with Summer in mind — specifically swimsuit time and the body-baring bikini! All the exercises target the trouble zones while keeping your heart rate up to burn fat. We use a couple of hand towels in the workout (if you are exercising on carpet, you can use fitness gliders or paper plates), but we also offer modifications if you don't have them — so no excuses. Press play and we will warm you up, work you out, and quickly cool you down. Then you can hit the beach feeling strong and confident.
