You don't have to be a student going back to school to be nervous about the first day of class. When you're starting a new fitness routine it can feel like there are tons of classes at your fingertips, but it's stressful to figure out which one is the right fit for you. Fears of being slower than everyone else in the class or not knowing what to do can be as nerve-racking as navigating the hallways of high school.

So if the fear of being labeled the newbie has stopped you from attending, you're in luck; we've got 10-minute workouts for every popular class. From Zumba to CrossFit to Pop Physique, keep clicking to find the workout video for you.

Zumba

"Zumba" just sounds like fun, doesn't it? If you're not already obsessed with this hot, Latin-inspired dance workout, chances are you've heard a lot of buzz about it. Whether you're a Zumba devotee or a novice, you can now do our full-body Zumba toning workout in the comfort of your living room. Led by Zumba instructor Laura Micklich, who calls it "exercise in disguise," this easy-to-follow workout clocks in at just over 10 minutes, and time flies when you're shaking your hips. Go to Zumba.com [1] to find a Zumba toning class in your area.

P90X3

P90X3 [2] is already an at-home workout, but those late-night infomercials for the DVD sets are intense — and intimidating. If you've always been intrigued by this exercise program created by Tony Horton but haven't yet experienced it for yourself, we have a 10-minute taste for you.

Do an easy five-minute warm-up on your own to get your blood flowing, press play, and then get ready to work! Want a little more? Find a whole cache of Tony's workouts here [3].

Get ready to take your workout to the next level with Jessica Alba [4]'s CrossFit trainer, Yumi Lee [5]. This workout is excuse-proof: you don't need any equipment, and it's only 10 minutes long, but it will definitely get your heart pumping. No need to be intimidated by CrossFit either: Yumi provides level-appropriate variations for every move. Embrace the CrossFit philosophy and compete with yourself. Try to do more reps of each move when you do the second round. Press play, and get ready to sweat!

You can do this 10-minute workout anywhere since it requires no equipment. Press play, and we will warm you up and then make you sweat!

Pop Physique

Grab a chair and try this killer Pop Physique [7] leg and butt workout. Nope, you don't get to sit down: the chair will work as your in-home ballet barre. The moves in this ballet-inspired workout might be small, but they are mighty effective. All that pulsing pays off with a toned derriere and legs. Press play, and get ready to feel the burn.

Yoga

We love that yoga lengthens tight muscles while also toning them. The ancient practice focuses the breath, clears the mind, and can also be a great workout!

New to yoga? Travis Eliot [8], creator of the Ultimate Yogi [9] DVD series, designed this quick sequence to target your middle with strategic twists to aid digestion. Bonus: these poses are great for toning the abs, too. Grab your mat, press play, and get ready to get your "om" on.

Hip Hop Groove

A dance party can be a workout! And Benjamin Allen [11], the founder of LA's GROOV3 [12], is here to teach you how to burn up calories while getting down. At the end of the 10-minute leg-toning workout, you will have learned some dance moves to show off at the club. Press play, and get ready to trip the light fantastic.

A hybrid of dance and yoga, this increasingly popular Crunch [13] class mixes traditional yoga poses with pulsing and gyrating moves to tone your entire body while raising your heart rate. It's fast-paced, fun, fierce, and feminine. And might even make you blush a little. Press play and get ready to sweat.
