Are You a Runner or a Jogger?
Ever since writing about the Peal Izumi ads that put runners on a pedestal over joggers, I have become curious about the whole running vs. jogging dichotomy.

Technically speaking, if it takes you less than 9 minutes to complete 1 mile, then you are running. If it takes you more than 9 minutes to complete 1 mile, then you are jogging. Either way you are exercising, right?
