Are You a Night Owl?
Sleep is often the first to go when our busy lives go into overdrive, but it's essential to our overall health to get consistent sleep and enough of it. Getting plenty of z's can help you achieve and maintain a healthy weight, not to mention it can prevent catching colds and protect you from heart disease.
Getting to bed at a decent hour is more difficult when you're a night owl. Your body wants to stay awake but you know that sleep would serve you well — your alarm goes off at the same time, no matter when you hit the sack. Do you call yourself a night owl?
