1 of 5Question 1

Office
I would have to disagree with the first one as a lot of things that are labeled "light" has more sodium then their full fat versions. It doesn't make any kind of sense but that's what I've seen on some of the things I shop for.
1Yeah, I have to say with the first question "all of the above" is a bit misleading since it's not like "light" foods have to fulfill all of those requirements... but whatever.
2Wow, I did badly! 2/5
34/5 and the first one tripped me up, too. I don't typically look at the salt or sodium nor do I consider that something that would make a food light.

5i guess i still have to learn a bit about labels and how to read them. it's kind of funny to think about it since i know what i look for when i buy things but i guess i don't know everything off the top of my head.
6Three out of five. I missed the first and last ones. I have to agree with the first two posters, the sodium content is usually equal to or higher in a product labeled "light." The last one I just didn't know, but I'm glad to have learned it. Way to go Fit!
7im gonna start dressing like that to go get groceries.
8So bad
