If you're anywhere in the US this Memorial Day weekend, chances are you'll be hosting or attending a BBQ. And while juicy burgers, mac and cheese, and platefuls of brownies should definitely be on the menu, that's not to say that you can't lighten up your BBQ fare. Still, it's hard to opt for the crudité when there's a bag of potato chips in front of it!
