Yoga Video: Stretch Those Hips and Hamstrings

Need to open up and stretch those tight hips and hamstrings? Not only is this a wonderful sequence to start out with before moving onto deeper poses like backbends, but it's also a great way to warm up before or after a run, hike, or bike ride.

By the way, I'm wearing the Simplicity Pants made by be present. I love the way they feel when I practice. They allow me to move freely and they wick moisture from my skin so I stay dry.

Whoa. She is fleaxible. I can't even touch my toes!!! But I did strech for the FIRST TIME in years!!! Probably since grade 12 when I took dance and we always streched before!

Ok, that video makes me want to run home unroll my mat put on some pants and start stretching. Oh that's got to feel lovely on the hip flexors. LOVE THIS!

I love doing the warrior pose for stretching my legs after I run. It feels great!

My hips are so tight. I think if I could just get them to loosen, yoga would be so much easier for me. I'm just so darn impatient.

OK, that was embarassing, I appear to be carved from wood, there is no bendiness in my joints, I need to go buy hinges today.
