Get hopping with this pose that will increase flexibility in your child's hips and lower back.
Stand with your feet hips width distance apart. Bend your knees, squat down, and place your hands behind your feet. From here, rock your weight slightly forward and quickly pop up, coming off your hands and feet, hopping all around. Throw in a few croaks and ribbits. If this is too hard, just do a Wide Squat.
This is actually a prep pose for Firefly, so after your tots have mastered Frog, let them try balancing on their hands.
