Last year I discovered something that has changed the way I walk during the winter so I wanted to be sure that I shared my discovery once again.
Walking during the winter can be a lot more challenging due to the inclement weather (snow, ice, etc.) that is likely to occur. If you're not a serious winter walker, then you're not going to want to invest in a pair of heavy duty snow shoes.
