A toned tush and lean thighs are something most of us strive for, so the ThighGlider may pique your interest. At $60, this machine is specifically designed for women to target the inner and outer thighs and buns. Of course, it all happens in just "minutes a day."

The ThighGlider is like a Thigh Master on wheels! I'm not denying that the fluid arch-movement of your thighs squeezing in and out won't tone your legs and rear, but if you have a lot of weight in that area, you still need to do some type of cardio to burn the fat. Although ThighGlider doesn't mention that part of it. They do guarantee that if you use their system, complete with ThighGlider, resistance band, and instructional DVD, it'll "give you the best thighs of your life." That's quite a statement right there, but I'm not falling for it. To lose weight in your lower body and tone your buns and thighs, I'd stick to squats, lunges, uphill walking, and jogging. They're not only effective, but they're free!

I dunno I think it depends on how devoted you are to it, and of course the informercials are going to push it on you by saying in just minutes a day etc. but I really do beleive that it would have some benefits.
1My aunt has this and she has a-m-a-z-i-n-g legs. She jogs and uses this for 5 minutes a day. She said it is the only thing that has helped her inner and outer thighs. If I had not seen the results on her I would not believe it either. My aunt does not even look she is a grandmother. She is 50 has 3 kids and 3 grandkids To top it off she bought this machine for 10 bucks at a garage sale.
2I've actually used this and it does give you a pretty decent work-out. After a few reps you definitely feel it and it gets to be much harder than it looks. If I found it at a garage sale for 10 bucks like your aunt I'd definitely purchase it.
3Incidentally, I've worked with a trainer that never liked his female clients to target their inner and outer thighs. He found those exercises to have unflattering results on women. To him, the women developed "thick" upper thighs, like "tree trunks." He didn't like that shape on his female clients. Instead, he had his female clients focus on toning exercises that engaged multiple lower body muscles, INCLUDING the inner and outer thighs (but not solely). He found that those exercises gave women more shapely, flattering thighs.
He only targeted inner and outer thigh work with his male clients that had "skinny, chicken legs."
Well, I'm just sharing my former trainer's beliefs.
4My girlfriend bought one of these and has stuck to a daily workout schedule with it. She is usually a little sore afterwords, but I can attest that her thighs have never looked better!
