In light of recent news that it is more beneficial to exercise for your health rather than for vanity, I am curious...

both, but i think in complete honesty, its more to look better (for myself of course!) i think as long as the motivation comes from yourself and not to please others, thats alright :)

All of these are great and it's nice to see that everyone is doing it for themselves, that the main key. I do it for both and the fact that I have to keep up with my male Marine counterparts in every aspect that I can. Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean that I get slack!

My life is super fast paced and excersicing clears the mind and balances the body! Anyone else agree? I love runners high when I actually go past the 4 mile mark...but, it is addicting! There's no other feeling like the "just ran 10 miles and it hurts yet feels so good"!
