The Best of 2007 polls continue. I asked you about your favorite fit celebs, both female and male, but what about the trainers behind the workouts. Those celebrity trainers need some recognition for working hard and making our favorite celebs work hard.

I think Bob sold out big time this year with all of his Best Life endorsements. I don't think he's all about the fitness so much as his healthy paychecks! Oprah just has a problem with self control, too busy helping everyone else to help herself! I love her!

I'm going to say the last guy because I like his clients the best. I would have said Oprah's guy, but he hasn't done very good with her, now has he?

I have to say, my FAVORITE all time guy trainer is Bob, from the Biggest Loser. I LOVE the guy. He's just the ....ahhh I can't explain it, just watch him, he's great. Then Jillian is second. But I'm reeeally not feeling any of the options above.

Jason Walsh or Harley Pasternak - they recommend a balanced workout routine and nutrition guidelines. David Kirsch gets great results but his workout/diet recommendations are a bit extreme, and that kind of thinking puts people in the "diet to look good for that occasion" mentality as opposed to just having healthy habits all the time and applying moderation.

I love Harley and what he does to his clients. My other choice was Heidi's trainer, because if he can do that to a post-baby body imagine what he can do with mine!

Gunnar Peterson gives the greatest variations on normal strength training exercises, and he has really awesome modified squats and lunges that actually do something for my body!

UHM BOB FROM BIGGEST LOSER!!!!!!! DUH He's the best, I wish I could have him as a trainer, he's SO motivating and caring!

Jessica Simpson Eva Mendes' trainer seems to do the trick! These girls have kickin' bodies :)

i like gunnar, but i'm also a big fan of bob greene and what he's done with the nutritional side of the "personal training." i find the "best life" stickers very helpful!
