I have a feeling that Scarlett will put on a lot of weight as she gets older. Gwen and Jennifer get my vote for sure. These are both extremely hot women, who happen to be great fitness role models. As far as Halle goes...I like to eat everything on my plate. I just don't like wasting food. Maybe it's a guy thing.

I'm all about Scarlett's philosophy. I eat healthy, organic foods and I walk all the time. I'm not super-skinny but I do not care. I feel good and I'm a size eight and I'm happy with that.

I think I agree most with Scarlett but I know that I need to work out every once in awhile instead of being lazy so I guess I'm a mix between Scarlett and Jennifer.

So, does Madonna mean to have a personal chef who cooks for you 3 meals a day, 7 days a week, to make sure that she eats right? I agree with one your comments: she could be a personal trainer herself! Can't believe she didn't say what everyone already knows: eat right, portion control, and exercise!

Jennifer Garner is who I chose.. but I can also identify with Gwen a lot too. Work out regularly and don't eat garbage. :)

I voted for Jennifer Garner but I also agree w/ Gwen and Scarlett. Eating well and exercising daily will do the trick.

I'm more about Eva, but I do agree with Jennifer Garner as well. I am the person most people hate to go out to eat with simply because I do make modifications to my food, that is why I hardly go out to eat. But with J.G. I eat well, exercise enough to maintain my current weight, and if I eat a dessert, I work out more the make sure it doesn't go to my butt/thighs.

Yeah i agree with Gwen as well i mean if i eat alot i have to work out alot thats just how it is. If i eat little i'll work out just enough and make sure not to drain all my energy.

Gwen Stefani, totally, she has it exactly right. You put a certain amount of calories in, you burn a certain amount, its simple math, not rocket science.

I don't think Madonna's so off base. Not knowing what's in your food also means you don't know if it's cooked in butter (or more terrifyingly for vegans, in animal lard) or how many calories you're actually eating or anything! It's not a control thing so much as a simple matter of not being able to do the math (like Gwen said) if you don't know what the numbers are.

sushi, vodka, walking, running, veggies and lots and lots of water and herbal tea.. ROCK! (not stuffing you face and having a basic idea of the calories of what you eat also help ;) ... )

Ha ha Sienna Miller! Scarlet and I share the same philosophy. I hate working out, but I stay active by walking a lot (saves gas too) and eating semi-healthy.

Scarlett! Although I think Halle and Jen Garner have it right too. I worry that Gwen is too much input/output, and Madonna makes me ill. Granted, dieting is easier when you can hire someone to prepare your food, and find a personal trainer to keep your butt in gear.
