If I had it my way, I'd exercise in the late morning every day. That means I could wake up, eat a healthy breakfast, and have enough time to digest and move around a little so my muscles didn't feel tight. I love to get in my exercise before lunch, because the longer I wait, the less likely it's going to happen. What about you?
