nope no injuries I've had a slipped idk... bone in my knee from basketball in high school and it shows now when i stand up. but its not noticeable.

slipped disc in upper back that is pushing on a nerve and causing unbearable pain in my shoulders/chest (from running)

Last year I gave myself 2 concusions from sailing (the boom hit me in the head) and most recently I bruised my ribs pole dancing

Torn Meniscus, MCL, & PCL (knee) all because I'm one of those idiots that didn't stop when it started hurting. Had surgery 5 weeks ago.

i actually got hit by a car while i was jogging! i was in the hospital for 5 days and had an external fix on my leg for 6 months then a regular cast for a month after that.

i tore two ligaments and chipped a bone in my ankle. very painful.

I tore my trapezius on the right side. That was the most PAINFUL thing ever. And that was about 7 or 8 years ago and my poor shoulder has never been the same. Of course not letting it heal clearly wasn't the smartest idea. But being 18 years old with a goal, I thought I knew better than my doctor (errr... team of doctors) what was best for me. But hey, I had my state meet in 4 weeks, then regionals, and then nationals. Got a gold at all 3 though!

Wiped out on my bike and tore of a chunk of flesh beneath my kneecap (thank god I didn't fall directly on it!). Took all the skin of my palms too. One ER visit later, I couch-surfed for a week on vicodin and then was benched for a month while I healed (I left no skin to stitch up) Yeouch! Now have a scar, which is a great conversation starter!
