I'm a late afternoon or late evening girl. I just can't motivate myself in the morning.

Early in the morning :D A run along the Seine when the sun is starting to rise is GORGEOUS!!! Notre Dame starts to come alive as the shadows of the sun cast textures on the stone and the rive glistens. That's MY fave time to excercise!

Not until after dinner and the kiddo is in bed, if I am lucky enough to have the dishes, laundry, etc. done!

i like going at night since i don't have to wake up early for my work, and i don't get cramps from just eating or from being hungry. 24 hour fitness gyms are my friends!
