Great to see that all of you that cook know how to cook without the fat. It took me a long time to figure out how to deviate from recipes. Thanks for the feedback, it will help next time I make one of these quizzes. Here's to happy and healthy eating.

hmm, this quiz said i like to use a lot of fat too. i cook all my meals but i think i'm a pretty healthy eater.

This quiz is too simplistic. I got the snacky one, but I don't snack at all. I do, however, microwave all my meals. :)

I agree ladies. This quiz was limited in answers.. Last night I went to my MIL's house for a nice healthy dinner. But the only option that came close to choosing was "grabbing a burrito or take-out."

I got the same result, even changing my answers a tad. I can't figure out where from those questions where the rating on fats in my diet comes from.

Hmmm.....this quiz decided I used whole fats in my cooking, and nothing could be further from the truth. I'm a very health conscious cook. I think I'll take it again and see what happens.

I am so not a chef. I wonder why I came up with that result.
